Want to add painted handles for 2001 Tahoe

I have Victory Red.. I founf the following part numbers and they are all on the gmpartsdirect for under $200 shipped...Do these really come painted from the factory???

I would call JP customs. They gave me a great deal and were excellent to deal with! I will post pictures of mine. I got all my handles including tailgate handle.

I understand they come from GM painted now.
