2006 isuzu same as Colorado?

Guy 2 doors down has a 06 isuzu. Is it the same truck as the Colorado? 

Same Computer and electronics, same trans and rear diff?

 

It would be a truck for my kid to drive.

Yes, it is 100% a Chevy Colorado or Canyon under the skin, just the badges and grille are different. Everything else is the same.

Thanks CamGTP. It's a nice truck but it needs a head gasket.
