Continual P2138 code

I have a ‘07 half ton Sierra and continually get the p2138 code where the drive by wire does not communicate like it should from the gas pedal to the throttle body.  I have changed the gas pedal assembly and throttle body numerous times and it continues.  I’ve done everything Short of re wiring the entire truck.  This code comes up multiple times a week and throws my truck into limp mode until I can clear the code and it is making me go mad.

 

Any ideas for me to remedy this problem would be appreciated.  If anyone could share a diagram showing all the ground locations that would also be appreciated. I suspect I may have missed a ground location to clean up
