2025 GMC Ultimate Denali 2500HD Infotainment Locked -up

Sad to say my 2025 GMC 2500HD Ultimate with 2K miles has the Infotainment center locked up. Tried to re-start the vehicle, still locked. Went to the dealer they check for recalls but none found. This started when the Infotainment went threw a up-date. Beware ! I will update this thread when the truck comes out of the shop.

update: dealer verified the complaint and performed software up-date. Finders crossed how long it lasts.

I had mine act weird one day, got extremely laggy and kind soft locked. (base, 7 or 8" (whatever it is) radio. Only thing of note that day was the interior had gotten pretty hot while parked, maybe something got to hot inside the dash.
