My 2024 didn't have the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Prep Pkg, so there is a plain plastic plug filling the space where the trailer harness connection is made.

The Duraliner box liner while including cutouts for the cargo lights & 110V outlet, does not have 1 for the harness connector. Nor did it include instructions for adding a cutout:

By eye & taking some measurements, I laid out where the cutout should be:

I drilled some 1/2" holes in a pattern smaller than the layout & then gradually opened up the cutout using a carbide burr in a die grinder:
