warranty isues?

I have a few pics of some warranty issues I'm taking to the dealer that I wanted everyones opinion on in case they give me the run around. The first two are of the drivers seat, to me the leather is exessively stretched for only having 3000 miles and I was wondering if the the dealer could restitch and tighten the fit under warranty. The last two are rust spots on the front bumper; the first pic is in the middle of the bumper where the black plactic meets the chrome below the grill and the second pic is on the passenger side where the painted part meets the chrome. niether are stone chips and second looks to be a crack in the chrome. Are these warranty issues as well?

I can't tell you if you'll have a problem with your dealer or not. But I will tell you that I am an upholsterer for a major furniture manufacturer and leather dose tend to stretch "all it's going to stretch" very quickly, and that heat (like from your heated seats) will speed it up and make it stretch further. Hope this helps.

I had the GM leather on my 1995 Yukon replaced three times during normal use (all under warranty). The shop that did it said that GM leather was the worst out there (Honda and Toyota was much better). The outside edge wore through from entering and exiting the truck. I finally covered them with Wet Okole seat covers.

That being said, if you get yours replaced, it may just be a matter of time before they are in the same shape.
