MAP Sensor Question

Any of you guys know how to modify the MAP sensor output on an '89 5.7 to fool the computer. I'm getting an EGR low pressure code due to the VERY free flowing exhaust I'm running. I know the MAP sensor spits back a voltage range to the computer which adjust for lean/rich mixture. The problem only exists when cruising at low mph and low rpm's. I'm not too worried about the problem since the truck runs great.

Any ideas besides just ignoring the CEL?

  installed a set of OEM mirrors that had puddles and power folding with the goal of adding the options to a switch panel to control since the truck did not come with the features. after hooking everything up my head lights don not come on and interior lights are flashing along with hyper flash signal lights. I took the mirrors off and installed the factory ones and no fix. Disconnected battery and tried to rest the BCM with no luck. Along with the interlock solenoid clicking when I press the brake to put in gear. Truck runs and drives fine.
