2021 sierra 1500 grinding noise when in reverse.

In the last two weeks, my truck has starting making a very loud grinding noise when in reverse.  This occurs mostly in the mornings or the first time in my truck for the day.  Do you have any idea what this could be?

Same happens to me...i think its dirt, road salt, rust...after first real braking of days its gone.
