ProComp's buy 3 get 1 free sale

Well I just bought some 35x12.50R15 ProComp X-terrain's today. Could not pass up the buy 3 get 1 free deal and since my local 4x4/high performance shop is a PC dealer, I'll save on shipping charges (about $85). It will be around $600 out the door for tires that normally cost $200 ea. The PC MT's I have now have 60K miles on them, hopefully these will run about the same. I should have them by Tues, but can't get them on until next Saturday. I'll be sure to take some pics of them. Got to love tax returns! Chris

I've been thinking about putting a set on my HD. How quiet are they? The Nittos I'm running now don't make any noise so I'd like to keep it quiet.

Well the MT's were extremely quiet at first, but after about 30K miles they started to get louder. The sipping started to wear away. But the X-terrain's have full length lug sipping, not just halfway. I'd imagine them to be quiet. I stopped by the shop today, the warehouse only had 2 tires in stock. Their computers showed 6, so it'll be next Saturday when I get them. I'll be sure to post some pics and some impressions of them. Chris

This will be my 3rd set of wheels/tires in less than 10,000 miles so I don't think I'll get to the point where they become noisy (if these tires do). Let us know how it goes!
