2024 Silverado HD shell on a GMC fitment??

Has anyone had any luck swapping a Leer or equivalent shell between the current gen GMC/Chevy HDs?

 

Hopefully specific to the standard 6'9" bed. 

 

I had an Overland Vehicle Systems shell on my 1500 AT4 and I know those fit the Sierra and Silverado, with or without the Multi-Pro tailgate. That said, I think the Leer shells are made to fit all the way over the bed caps as opposed to on them with some room to spare like OVS. Some 1500 owners reported some change in coverage over the rear tail lights..but that's 1500 specific.
