Congrats on the new rig. I have driven one of the new 3500SRW Silverados with the LLY and it was and awesome truck. The LLY is a kick butt motor for sure. Just wish I had the money to get one. The black looks great, enjoy....

gulp I know what a reg. LQ4 or whatever DMAX will pull I bet that knew one is a beast. add the fact they moved the injectors outside the heads with a few other mods and it will be a mule. And you get to laugh at all the 6.0 PSD owners that break down on a regular basis.

VERY nice truck! Why does it not have the cab lights?

I bought the truck off of the dealer's lot. It was the only one in existence close by that was what I wanted. I debated about ordering one but the only options this one didn't have that I would have ordered are the roof marker lights, steering wheel controls and aluminum wheels, all three I can definitely live without.

I now have about 800 miles on the truck and am going to get the oil changed on my days off plus check the fluid levels again.

It IS definitely an animal!
