I have a 2000 2500 chevy its the older body style and the rpo codes are not in the glove box. is their any where else ive also looked at the door sides and nothing

They should be on a sticker in the glovebox. That is the only place they are located, so if they aren't there you might be SOL.

I can either get you your rpo codes or you can go down the the chevy dealer and tell them to enter the VIN in VIS. Then tell them you want the vehicle build. That is about the only way to get them.

GM has always had the RPO code label in glove box.

Sorry for the size of pic, will change it later, not much time right now.

Here's link to buddies Suburban/Tahoe/GM Truck info/help/HOW2/etc site. There is a section on TSB and RPO codes, which then have links to several sites that list nearly all GM PRO codes.

Ops, re-read. You looked in glove box and it's not there.

Then the only way is to have someone look up the the VIN and get print out. Dealer is best, but some who have access to GM's database can too if they will.
