Front Tires Inside Edge is wearing a lot

Is this normal for a Standard alignment for a 2001 Tahoe? I need to rotate the tires... I am guessing the Alignment is out.. lots of Negative Camber?

I am not sure what the proper term is (Negative camber, etc) but you are out of alignment. Although the truck might not pull left or right, you still need to get it re-aligned and rotate the tires!
