Newbie from Wisconsin

Hey all,

 

My name is Jeff and I just got an 01 Silverado Extended Cab Z-71. It is awesome. I have been looking at this site for awhile and the info is great. I have had it for a week and tinted the windows 15% all around (thanks to the info from Wingnut) and put a Corsa exhaust on it which is awesome. Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone.

I live in New Berlin, which is about 15-20 minutes from Milwaukee. Are you from Wisconsin BellevueSilvy?

Nice to hear from some other Wisconsinites! Do all the Wisconsin guys ever get together and meet? Or, is there a Wisconsin Silverado club website?

There was talk of a get together on here a while ago but that fell through, I would love to get something going. As for a chevy club none yet but that would also be a good idea. It seems that interest comes and goes on that stuff on here, there really doesn't seem to be a whole lot of us on here but if we could get some interest stired up we should get something going. It is a shame we didn't have anything together yet cause just this past friday the hot rod power tour was up here in Green Bay. Let me know what kind of ideas you got and maybe we can get something going here in Wisconsin.

The only ideas that I could think of would be to have a Wisconsin GM-Truck website, or a Wisconsin modification day where people could help each other out installing different mods on their trucks. Do you have any other ideas to add??
