What is the "official name" of this color?

I absolutely love this color, but am curious what it's called. When I order my truck (providing they still have this color available), I'd like to have it painted this color.

I always thought that arrival blue was the darker newer blue that they were painting the trucks. This is distinctly lighter...almost a light sky blue. I've only seen a few trucks (all of them are 2500HDs for some reason) that are this color.

I don't think that's arrival blue. You can find an arrival blue Silverado on Chevy's site. It doesn't look like the truck in your link.

I don't think that was a retail color. I think GM fleet sales has a wider variety of basic colors so companies can standardize on a color over many model years.

thats not arrival blue. Someone posted the actual color name months ago. There was a truck like that on ebay.

Hard to tell from the pics....Is it the same color as my Blazer?

 

If so...It's "Metallic Teal Blue"....Sometimes looks green....Sometimes looks blue.

So, since I've seen several trucks this color, I would assume that they are ordered this color somehow. The "fleet sales" option; how would someone go about investigating this?

Mine wasn't ordered, just bought off of the showroom floor.

 

Not sure if it's even still available. It is a great color though.
