FPR gone bad....

well, did what u guys said, pinched off the return line and hooked up the fuel pressure gauge, truck reads 65 ish psi at idle... i didn't drive it.

 

unpinched the line, now it reads 53psi...

 

so this leads me to believe it is the fuel pressure regulator...

now, how do i fix this? buddy told me there is a rebuild kit out there, should i do this? or get a newer better one?

 

im gettin a GM service manual soon in the mail (2 bok one) soo hopefully that will help me a bit!

 

any think i can upgrade while im in there?
