going with the lift

hi all. i have decided to go with a 6 inch lift to spice my 2004 HD up a bit. Plan on a procomp or superlift so the tires don't stick out as much as some others. for those of you that have gone that route, do you have any rubbing trouble? also how does the truck ride after the lift? mine rides stiff and hard now. thanks.

I have a fabtech so I am not sure how trimming would be on a procomp or superlift....I had to trim the bumper a little but you can't even tell unless I told you. As far as ride goes, I think it rides better with the lift.

I have a 6" Tuff Country on mine and Love it. Rides better now. I think that you can go with just about any lift and not worry about tires poking out if you choose the right wheel, (width, and backspacing). I have AR Wolverines that are 18X9's and it looks great with BFG Mudders on it. Tried to post a pic, but just couldn't figure it out. Have heard the Pro Comp leafs wear out quick though.
