Tire size

Hello everyone. I know all you regulars have seen this question i am sure. But i am new so i am going to ask it. Tires what is the max size tires i can put on my 03 chevrolet HD2500 without doing any modification. I have stock rims and i really dont want to change them. But i would like to put something a little bigger on the truck then the stock 245/75R16's. Also do you know if i can have the speedometer recalibrated? The truck has the 8.1/allision set up. I would appreciate any help.

265/75/16's will fit perfectly, and 285/75/16 may need to have the zip-tie fix done but they look real nice under the truck. Your speedo may be off a little but you can calculate by how much, here: calculator

So will your overall pulling power be off too. About 5 to 10% less with bigger tires (depending on which size you choose of those listed)
