fuel pump problem K1500

Dropped fuel tank on Sierra K1500 - have less than a foot of workspace to get at cam lock. Want to keep lines/connectons intact but having tough time finding sweet spot to hit to free cam lock. Hoping I can pull fuel pump assembly out of tank and swap core without problem -- advice please

On the pickup's its easier & quicker to unbolt the box unhook wires and with 3 of your friends lift box rearward and work on the meter assembly.

Thanks Red but today I am a few guys short for that! I agree with you, best way to do this is to remove bed and work above
