Steering Wheel Controls

Two of the lights on my steering wheel controls are gone. Does anyone know how to replace them? Are they LED?

 

I have an extended warranty, but I am not sure if they are covered.

They aren't LED - they get too hot to be. Not sure how to replace, but I would go with LEDs so you won't have to go back in there again.

Heck yeah that should be covered under warranty. Worth a shot at least.

My extended warranty carries with it a $50 deductible so I would be better off replacing these on my own. Any idea what the part numbers are? The two that are half lit are the ones located at the top of the steering wheel.

Just ordered both from partsonline.com for $23.32.

 

(GMPartsDirect.com was only a couple of bucks cheaper than the dealer once you added their s/h charges)
