It's like the season finale of a TV show, and we are now waiting all sumer to find out what happened? Hopefully the show won't be cancelled.

YES! Guys I got her last night, she's got a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't have before...............so I have a lot of reading to do

 

I didn't get home until 9:30, so it was too dark for pics, and then after work tonight I voted, so too dark for pics again.

 

Might have to wait till the weekend, but they are coming!(it's been raining the last 2 days so she needs a bath)

 

She rides like mine used to, no drifting.........drives straight as an arrow. No vibrations.................smooth.....................It's been a long time. She's actually a little taller than my 02, and barely fit's in the garage.

 

When I drove mine to work Monday I wanted to make sure I got rid of the little nubs on those new tires I just wanted to test drive her real good to make sure a little RPM's wouldn't loosen anything. (I did get misty leaving her there)

 

I parked her in their parking lot at 36,013 miles.

Heck yeah, I wanna see some pics too, black is bad ass, I got an '04 Sierra ECSB Z71 in black, (there's a pic in the newbie forum, I think it was May when I joined) sounds like it's optioned the same as your new Silverado, all I have to say is black is SWEET!

Interesting - I just picked up a used truck, got a gret deal, but the ride is bad, when I took it to the dealer they said there was nothing wrong with it, what should I do?

SpreadHead, what do you mean the ride is bad? Too stiff, feel like the shocks are worn out, tough tires? Ride can really be a matter of opinion. I love the way my Z-71 rode after I raised the front bars, but now my wife thinks it's too stiff to be comfortable on long road trips. I just took it from FL to VA and loved every minute. Easiest way to soften the ride is to lower the front a hair and put some "smooth ride" shocks in.
