$333 at GM Parts Direct. http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/

Enter the part # in their search field. After shipping & handling, the cost is $341.55.

After going on their site, print out the page, take it to your dealer's parts department, and typically, the dealer will come close or match the price. But show them the print-out.

I installed one of these and if you are tired of the bling bling of the aftermarket radios and want to return to the OEM radio, this is certainly a way to go. Includes XM receiver, mounting bracket, and the roof-mount (drill a hole in the roof!) antenna.
