7500 mile check

I dropped my truck off for the 7500 mile check thinking

that there was a filter on the Allison Transmission to be changed

but the service tech said no. I don't have my book with me so I

was hoping someone could let me know what the filter is called

and if it is a 7500 mile replace item so I can call the dealer and

let them know.

yes there is its a external trans filter looks like a

oil filter.it was supposed to be changed at 5000 miles

per what checking i did filter costs approx 14.00 dollars

good luck .dont sound like that dealer does many allisons
