Got to play in the snow for the first time with my truck.(yippeee)

 

How do you rate the Steeltex A/T's. I was not impressed with the truck in 2wd.

 

Wondering if its the tires or nature of truck?

I have 285 BF Goodrich At Ko's and we got a snow/ice storm last night, im not to impressed with mine in the ice, but hey, ice is ice, in the snow mine are great. Looks are awsome too.......

Had my dealer swap my Steeltex out for 285 Revo's before I picked her up. Very impressed with the Bridgestones

It's not the truck. It's the tire.

They stink.

You'll be amazed what a good set of snow tires will do for the truck. And the BFG's and REVO's are awsome as well. Not as good as a snow tire in the snow but a great compromise for all year all weather running.

I agree those tires stink. I replaced mine with the Yokohoma Geolande ATII and love them. I have had BFG's on some of my past vehicles and I must say I will have a really hard time going back to the BFG's after driving around in my new Yokohoma's, especially in the SNOW/MUD
