Seat swap for '95-94 Suburban/Tahoe

Does anyone know if the 40/20/40 bench seats from a '99-02 Silverado will bolt into a '94-95 Suburban/Tahoe?  Would it be an easy swap or almost impossible?  We're looking at buying a '94-95 Suburban or Tahoe but we hate the bucket seats they came with.  We much prefer the 40/20/40 bench in our '02 Silverado.  Or, did the '94-95 trucks come with a similar bench seat arrangement that could be found at a U-wrench-it parts place and swapped into the Suburban?
