replacing 94 serria front fenders

My front fenders are going fast and I want to replace them. Any tips to make this job go more smoothly would be welcome.

Buy GM Parts not aftermarket thats the best advice I have. Also it you do it yourself there is a bolt hidden under the cowl vent panel.
