Blazer Gas Millage

I was wondering hows a 1990s style Chevrolet Blazer (1995 2 door to be specific) is on gas?

Also anyone have the numbers on how well a Blazer runs gas wise on a highway?

 

Hopefully it isint that bad.

My wifes 99' has 3.42s. If we do alot of freeway driving with no stop and go,she'll get about 21. In town,or freeway stop and go, she gets about 16-17.

 

She calculates fuel mileage with paper and pencil,she doesn't have an on-board computer. In the summer she gets a little better MPG than in the winter.

I would say average 14-15 in town 18-19 highway. My 91 and 95 did anyway

Mine will get around 20 on mostly all highway miles. In town it will get closer to 15.

I have a 4 dr 97 blazer and I do mostly highway driving and I get around 18- 19 miles per gallon.

The full size ones were called Tahoes starting in '95 I believe...So I'm assuming that you're talking about the small Blazer...Right?

 

If not...My K1500 Blazer gets about 15mpg mixed driving.
