I have been reading alot of posts here and have not read anything about an AEM Brute Force Air Intake. Anyone got any info on this product ??? How do they compare to K&N and the others ??

I had an AEM on my 03 Tahoe for about 3 weeks. It resonated under acceleration so bad I took it off. I talked to the AEM people and they were totally disinterested in anything I had to say. SO much for customer service. For my money there a lot of much better products on the market. Just my opinion.

I have a 5.7 in mine 98, just put on a Volant kit, very pleased with it so far. I am still on my first talk of fuel so I cannot say much for the MPG improvememnt but its a bit throaty when you open it up but all and all its a very nice set up.

A friend has one on his '03 Avalanche and it resonates at crusing speeds. So he put Mudders on his truck to cover it iup.
