Hi buddy brought his 2005 1500 CC Z-71 today I was

commenting on the climate control, dual zone. After comparing

heater cases and wiring harnesses with my '01, it is an easy swap.

Will the dual zone work?

Maybe and only if you use the manual dual zone, the auto dual zone will not even swap out with the dual zone manual in the newer trucks.

just a pointer...the dash bezel with the dual zone is bigger than the 99-02 bezels. If you do get it to work you will need a new bezel from a 03-05 truck
