No more Steering Clunk!

I got the new intermediate steering shaft today and got it in. No more clunk! I hope it lasts this time. Super easy install, only took about 20 minutes. Would have been shorter if i could had figured out how to bend myself in the proper direction to get under the dash

I had mine installed last Friday. I was lucky because the dealer had just received a huge shipment of shafts, the week prior. I was expecting a 3-6 month wait. They are replacing on average 250 shafts a week!

I still have not been able to find the shaft. It's always on backorder!

I think the part # was

 

88963611

 

I got mine on Ebay, just be sure to contact the seller to make sure that the part number is correct.

 

Cost was about 80 shipped.

JUst had mine replaced yesterday under warranty
