But I really don't think GM is going to go after you, unless its a site to bash their products. Its seen as free advertisment for them in their eyes, I would think.

You'd hope so anyway. It certainly wouldn't look good for them to start persuing litigation against sites like this.

 

Then again lately there's been reports of service managers getting irate that customers bring in TSBs addressing issues with their cars. Mainly because they seem to think we shouldn't have this information available. To me that's about as irrational as suing someone for setting up an enthusiasts' site.
