Avalanche Drop 3"/4" Info

My mom has a 03' Avalanche Z71. I am putting a 3"/4" Ground Force drop in it for her. It sits too high for her (60 yrs old) and my gram (87 yrs old) to get in and out of easily, but she lives in Northern Ontario (Canada) and needs 4wd.

Anyone have experience with these drops? It is keys, coils and shocks. Is the steering affected? Is it going to have worse bump steer? I don't want to put it in if she is going to wonder what is wrong with the truck.

 

Any info would be helpful!!

Thanks for the info! I am going to go ahead and have the drop installed soon. It should make it handle better with the C of G lower.
