2001 tahoe lifted now I need sugestions

Ok here whats been done:

3" PA BL

New torsion keys

Aligment

315.75.16 BFG ATs on 16*8 with 4.5 backspacing

 

Getting new shocks for the travel problem, now i just need to solve the rubbing.

I have good clearence everywhere, Tight but good, but when wheels are turned the back outer edge of the tire rubs the middle of the wheel well at the bottom when going through rough ground. i had it cranked 3/4" higher but the boys at firestone couldnt get it spec so the let off on the keys.

I still have an inch of bolt on my adjusters sticking out so I can crank more if need be but then Im back to the aligment problem.

Cut and trim. I have a 6" lift and still rub a bit. I have a little more trimming to do. Sounds like you have alot to do. Just figure out where exactly it's rubbing and start cutting.

I looked into the cognito lift myself. I think it would solve many problems. However, it is only for the 2500, 3500, and 1500HD. The don't offer the kit for the 1500's. I e-mailed them to ask if they were going to offer the kit and they didn't know. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and I'll keep checking their website.
