What is the difference in hp between a 2002 6 liter in a Denali and a 2002 6 liter in a 2500 sierra? What makes that difference in hp if the engine size is the same?

Tuning and engine tweaks.

In the 2500 pickup the HP is 300 and in the Denali its 325,They have since bumped that up to 335 on the '05 Yukon Denali's and 345 on the '05 Sierra Denali pickups.

They acheive different ratings by tuning as snoman said and by different intake and exhaust systems.
