ImageR program?

Has anyone ever heard of a program called ImageR? I have a file that i need to open that has some drawings for a bracket that I need to get fabricated for work, and I was told to open it with "ImageR", but we don't have that program at work, no one knows what it is, and I can't get ahold of the person who told me to open it with that.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a .dat file.
