PO174 Code

I am thinking this is a Oxygen Sensor but how do you determine which one ? Thanks In Advance for the help

Bank 2 would be the bank with cylinder #2 on it. There's only a slim chance it's the o2 sensor. More likely, it's lean on that bank just like it says.

Right Bank #2 is the Pass side but I was wondering which o2 sensor it was there is two in that Y pipe. So you don't even think it is a 02 Sensor HMMMM now where do I look?

I'd have to look at the configuration you have to be sure which is numbered which, but if you had an o2 problem, the DTC would be more specific. you'd get a code for "Bank 2, sensor 1" or "bank 2, sensor 2" or something along those lines. So, it's hard to say which one it is if you're thinking it's an o2 sensor.

 

I'd check for an intake leaking. Might want to try spraying some flammable liquid (choke cleaner, etc.) along the edge of the intake and see if there's any response.
