2006 North American Auto Show in Detroit 2006

I was recently reading the new issue of TruckTrend and it stated that the next Silverado will be shown at the Detroit Auto Show in January of 2006. They said to expect alot of interior changes and several new engines. Another topic was about how GM is to make the Duramax available in the redesigned Tahoe and Suburban when they are revealed at the same show. Just wondering some people input about what changes GM needs to make to the new trucks.

I have a few I'd like to see...

1. underhood light

2. glovebox light

3. adjustable lumbar

4. underneath dash lights.

 

in short, stop "value engineering"

 

edit: oh, and perhaps a small 4 or 6 cylinder diesel option for the 1500 models

What i would really really like to have is the return of the Solid Front Axle, but we all know that wont happen.
