Predator installed :)

Hey guys,

I just got my Predator in from JP Customs and went ahead and programmed the 'hoe. I just went with their performance tune and fixed my tire size. I can really tell a difference. It no longer has to down gear near as much as it used too. I was wondering if anybody has noticed that it took TM out? It feel's like some of it is gone but not all. I am going to firm up the shifts a little bit more. But, overall, it was totally worth the money.

How did you decide on Predator vs SuperChips? I am in the decision phase (aka trying to convince my wife). I tow and have 265's that I need to reset the speedo (came with 245's).

Back when I got mine they sent me a custom tune for free, I think they charge for that now; but still it's cool to get new tunes via email. I got mine off ebay for a little over $200, brand new. I can't say for sure that TM is gone but GMS repeatedly claimed it did in emails when I asked.

Here is another cool accessory to mount a laptop - it installs super easy. I use Microsoft Trips & Streets 2005 w/ GPS on a laptop in my Hoe. But, it does not give verbal directions so I'm probably going to get something else:

The reason I chose the predator was based on free custom tunes via e-mail, live monitoring and more gains. I trust Diablo. Don't get me wrong, I like Hypertech and Superchips, but I think I did really well in choosing the Diablo.
