*err* message on stereo display ???

My truck is 2001, and I had an "err" message indication on my stereo display. I was like wtf...anyhow, I fixed it on my own by pulling and reseting the stereo fuse, but I just want to know if anyone else had a similar problem.

btw...I was playing a burned cd at the time, and the player usually doesn't have a problem with burned cd's. also my stereo would work, but wouldn't play the cd it would just spit it out with the message on the display.

HAD IT HAPPEN TWICE.

Once a burned cd and once a regualr cd.  It popped out.  Took it totally out and popped it back in worked fine

Used to happen occasionally with my '99 CD player, always with store-bought CDs.  Pop them out, put them back in, usually no problem again for awhile.

Happened to me once when I stalled it in a parking space (it happens!) Wiped out my clock and pre set radio stations and "err" on display.  I reset everything and been OK since-
