6 disc CD upgrade glitch

Upgraded 04 yukon to lux amp touch screen and 6 disc. Works great except occasionally system "glitches" and CD player will not select a disc. Just stays on disc 0. and cycles through discs. Have to unplug player from harness to reset. Any suggestions?
