99 silvy fuse questions.

hello all,

I have 1999 silverado (5.3) and have a couple of questions.

 

1. in the interior fuse panel what is the fuse "25A CB SEAT" ? cigarette ligter? i have the connectors present, but had no fuse in it when i bought it..

 

2. I also have a 15A fuse installed labeled "4WD". what is this? as I know I don't have a 4wd truck.

 

Sorry if these seem like ridiculous questions, but I am stumped...maybe just too tired today.

 

 

 

 

 

 

also, thanks to these forums I fixed my slow/hard starting problem by replacing the fuel pressure regulator.
