Below is a link that takes you to a thread from the Suburban forum archives.  Follow the thread down and you'll see lots of good suggestions on caring for the aluminum wheels.  If I remember correctly this info pertains to the C/K style wheels up thru 98 on the trucks and 99 on the Subs.
