Help with choosing a remote start for a 2002.

I am trying to decide if its worth the 325 bucks to have a remote start installed or get one and install it myself. I know I need an alarm bypass module, to make it work.

Has anyone done this themselves, and what would you recommend???

I am wanting this to go in my 02 Yukon XL. Thanks....Kevin

Susk it up and do it. Have it done, and doen RIGHT there is a LOT to these things, and its not worth the headace. I install EVERYTHING myself, and tried one of these, PITA!

I spent 400$ on mine, and even the ACC button fires on the heated seat! Well worh the$, and well if they screw something up, its their fault. I'd never DYI again!

Dont buy a cheap one either!!

My 2 cents!

Here or anywhere else, Yes. Personally I feel DEI makes good stuff, but Regardless of WHAT IT IS, it is only as good as the install. DO NOT USE those little crimp on deals unless you want a real mess.. and DONT take it anywhere who DOES use them!!
