Muffler hangers...rotted off

Just a question, my dad bought the same truck but a 2002, and i noticed his muffler has big clamps around the muffler, and are mounted up like hangers.

 

Mine, you see the outlines of the hangers on the muffler, but they appear to be rotted off. When my truck is in Reverse or Drive, the entire exhaust bounces up and down (the muffler does) and it vibrates the whole truck.

 

Does anyone know the part numbers or these large hanger clamps? or maybe, does anyone know of a way to rig it up to work?

Gosh, I wouldn't "rig" it at all. I'd go to a muffler shop and have them look the entire exhaust system over. Might be some other stuff going on as well.
