Block heater plug in?

I have a 2004 1500 crew cab. I've never used the block heater and the cord is still bundled up on the frame rail. Where is a good spot to pull the end of the cord through? Through the holes near the middle of the bumper? Or between the bumper and grill? What do you guys think would be best.

You could pull it under the plastic wheel well lining so that it comes out of the wheel well

I have mine bundled up right behind the driver's side fog lamp. Just reach under and plug in. I can see what I'm doing through the driverside fender well and the protective plug cover keeps the plug reasonably clean.

I didn't want it flapping under the grill or hanging on the bumper. This way it's out of sight and still very usable. ANother handy place would be by the Tow hooks if you have them installed. I don't have them on mine but that's where I would have put it if i had them.
