stock radio problem

I have a 04 silverado with am/fm single cd

 

if i am am on #1 preset, whether its fm1 or fm2, the sound sometimes cuts out for a split second

 

also, if i am on fm2 preset #1 when i shut the truck off, when i restart it, the radio stays on fm2, but the channel is not the same where i left it

 

any one else have these issues?
