Hi, Newbie here...

I currently own a GMC Sierra (1986) which I got off my dad, used. Unfortunately, as of late, the Sierra hasn't been feeling quite well so my next stop here will be the GM-tech forum.

I live in rainy British Columbia, Canada in the Lower Mainland where we regularly get soaked with rain.

Outside of trying to get more information to keep from getting ripped off when I go to mechanics, I'd like to hang out and see what info I can glean from other GMC owners here.

I tend to use the truck to transport stuff from point A to point B. It's utilitarian in use. I don't think it'll stand up to any other use.
