Accessing DRLs

I wanted to change my DRLs to Amber and cannot get to the bulbs!  How did you guys do it?

did you read your manual?  

 

You have to remove the front headlights (very easy).  Then unscrew the piece that holds the bulb in the light. Pull out remove bulb pout new bulb in replace the plastic piece in the headlight assembly.

I only removed the headlights via the two long pins and fought my way into the drl's. I had some knuckle scrapes, but I eventually won.  I was suprised that they are just taillight bulbs, two element.

The lower light assembly comes out too, just like the headlight assembly. Remove the headlight assembly and then look inside behind the lower light assembly. There is a clip that needs pushed in to release the assembly from the hooks that hold it on the other side. It's hard to explain, but it DOES come out fairly easy once you figure it out. Why bust your knuckles doing it the hard way. Read the owner's manual to see how it's done.
