Mobile Cell Chargers?

Hey all, I just bought a Mobile cell phone charger for the Zed.

 

It has a little color changing LED light on it that goes from red to blue and thats all. Would it be ok if I left the charger plugged into my accessory outlet overnight or all the time? The Zed is started up daily so would there be a significant drainage on my battery?

I left mine plugged in all the time when I had my S-10. Never a problem, but the battery was replaced early in the life of the truck (for the term I had it anyway), at the 4 year mark for the truck's age.
