02 sierra denali w/3"lift what tires?

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what size tires I can run on my stock rims for my truck. I have an 02 gmc sierra denali with quadrasteer and all wheel drive which makes the truck sit a little lower than normal. I just put a 3" skyjacker lift on and was wondering how big I could go without replacing the 17"rims. I like them too much to replace. thanks

I would suggest 33's. I run 35's but have 6" of lift. Had to trim a little to keep them from rubbing. A 285 75 17 should work. I believe that's skyjackers recomendation also.

there's a few guys at denalitrucks.com that have lifted or put larger tires. most are into stock height or lowering though.
